Maintain a stable, low-dust working environment, as high humidity can compromise the curing process, leaving the surface tacky or incompletely dried. Particular attention should be paid to ink condition and printhead temperature stability, especially in regions with significant seasonal temperature fluctuations.
Printhead maintenance is crucial; regular cleaning, avoiding prolonged dry firing, and ensuring a stable ink supply system can effectively minimize nozzle clogs and missing lines. Performing a nozzle check before startup and retracting ink promptly after printing helps extend the printhead's lifespan. Additionally, avoid frequent emergency stops or forced task interruptions, as these can negatively impact positioning accuracy and print stability.
