Do not place any objects on top of the digital printer. Unplug the power cord from the outlet when the printer is not in use for an extended period.
As a precaution, unplug the power cord during thunderstorms; leaving it plugged in may result in damage to the machine.
Do not attempt to print without paper and the ribbon cartridge installed, as this can damage the print head and platen roller.
The print head operates at high temperatures; do not touch it until it has cooled down to avoid burns or injury.
Do not touch the print cable connectors or the metal parts of the print head. Never touch the print head while it is operating.
Do not cut off the power supply while the print head is operating.
Do not attempt to disassemble, move, or drag the printer; contact technical support in the event of a malfunction.
Prevent foreign objects (such as staples, metal fragments, or liquids) from entering the machine, as this could cause electric shock or equipment failure.
Ensure the printer is properly connected to the power source and the computer via the data cable before turning it on.
Do not move, drag, or turn off the printer while it is printing.
During high-volume printing, limit batches to 300 copies and allow the printer to rest for 5–10 minutes to prevent overheating and damage.
Do not use materials that are too thick (exceeding 18 cm) when printing documents.
