Print precision and image quality inspection: Standard test images or calibration patterns-featuring elements like fine lines, text, and color gradients-are usually printed to evaluate image clarity and check for ghosting, misalignment, or color deviations. Output quality is also examined across various resolutions to assess the equipment's stability and detail-rendering capabilities in different operating modes.
Mechanical and motion system inspection: By repeatedly printing the same pattern and checking for positional consistency, any errors or looseness in the guide rails, belts, or motors can be identified. Pattern shifts or registration errors (misaligned overlays) typically indicate precision issues within the mechanical structure or control system.
Overall operational stability inspection: Long-duration continuous printing tests are conducted to observe the equipment's performance under sustained operation, checking for issues such as ink starvation, overheating, unexpected shutdowns, or system lag. Additionally, the system's response regarding automatic cleaning, white ink circulation (if applicable), and software control is verified. The equipment is considered to be in good working condition only after successfully passing these various inspections.
